Sania Raza, MD
Medical Oncology / Hematology
Dr. Raza is a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist. She received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University with honors. She completed an internal medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic, and then attended Northwestern University for her hematology/oncology fellowship.
At Northwestern she was a recipient of a National Cancer Institute research grant. She focused her research on cancer cell genetics.
Dr. Raza has published several research articles on a number of diverse cancer topics. She is currently a member of the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) and remains active in clinical research. Her current research interest includes breast cancer genetics, chemo-immunotherapy and prevention.
Northwest Oncology offers the opportunity to participate in national clinical trials through Dr. Raza.
